At TruElements & Co, we take great pride in offering high-quality products, but due to the nature of our offerings, we are unable to accept refunds or exchanges. We understand the importance of addressing allergy concerns, and we encourage customers to contact us through our contact page to communicate any specific allergy concerns or product inquiries. In the rare event that you receive a broken or defective item, we kindly request that you reach out to us via our contact page with a picture providing evidence of the defect, and we will promptly address the issue to ensure your satisfaction. Your confidence in our products and your overall shopping experience are of utmost importance to us.
Our products are handmade, not mass-produced, and we strive to achieve the highest quality. However, please expect slight variations in the products and/or their packaging due to the nature of handcrafted items.
Order Processing Time:
Orders typically ship within 3-7 business days after payment verification, excluding weekends and holidays. You will receive an email confirmation with tracking information once your order has been shipped.
Shipping Costs:
Shipping costs are calculated based on the weight of your order, your location, and the selected shipping method. You can view the shipping cost at checkout before completing your purchase.
Tracking Your Order:
For orders with tracking, you will receive a tracking number via email once your order has been shipped. You can track the status of your package by visiting the carrier's website and entering the provided tracking number.
Delivery Address:
Please ensure that your shipping address is accurate and complete. We are not responsible for delays or non-delivery due to incorrect or incomplete address information provided by the customer.
Shipping Delays:
While we make every effort to ensure prompt delivery, please be aware that unforeseen circumstances such as extreme weather conditions or carrier delays may affect shipping times. We appreciate your patience in such situations.
International Shipping:
Orders ship Monday through Friday. Please note that products are made to order, with a processing time of 3–14 business days.
Once your order has shipped, you can track it using the provided tracking number. After the order leaves our facility, it is under the responsibility of the shipping carrier. If you experience issues with delayed or lost packages, please feel free to reach out to us. However, we cannot be held responsible for orders that are lost, stolen, delayed, or damaged during transit.
Orders are shipped to the address given at checkout. We cannot reship or refund orders shipped to incorrect addresses.
Please be aware that any customs fees, tariffs, or taxes imposed by your country are your responsibility.
